- I am K, married to P, and mother to JJ. We are a family of three, impatiently waiting to become a family of four, via adoption from China. Of course it is a girl, what else could we want. We are creating this blog to keep our family and friends updated on our lives, then our journey to China. We should be united with S in January 2007, and right now it seems like an eternity.

That's the magic of having children. While we enjoy camping, we had not done it since British Columbia, seven years ago when we conceived SS. Our plan is to recreate that camping trip, but it will have to wait until SS is older and JJ ( who has camping phobia) can join us. We are firm believers that having kids equals going trough some uncomfortable situations for them. If you were here when SS squealed with delight & jumped from joy you'd be a fan of camping. :)
Nah- I'd be a fan of SS! Not of laying on the ground with creepy crawlers around - just not something I've had any desire to do since I was in my early 20s. And I've expressed my disdain for community water with cooties everywhere. I know - I'm totally weird. But all in all - it sure looks like you had a ball and SS looks so adorable with big brother. Worth every second of dirt and freezing weather!
